Cedara exists to protect and enhance the legacy of the parks we invest in, focusing on longevity, resilience, and community much like a cedar tree. Built by families, one season at a time, these communities carry generations of traditions, memories, and a deep sense of belonging.

We are committed to caring for the land, respecting each community's history, and being thoughtful stewards for the people who call these places home, whether for a weekend, a season, or a lifetime.
